Here's some of the nastiness. My husband and daughter have taken a liking to the scope, not sure they are acknowledging what this stuff is, but it's a start.
I think I need to calibrate it too. So I haven't had time to sit down and really work out my plan of attack.
I am starting a 21 day fast soon which will be good to get started with. "
"Hello, you sent me one already, it's pretty good, I labelled it so no one uses it for cleaning....who am I kidding, I haven't seen either of them with a scrubbing brush lol
So, I am still work through stuff here getting myself organised and set up to succeed. It is taking me longer than I'd like, still vicksing feet & elbows, oiling, soaking feet while I'm working. The fasting is going well, have eaten nuts/seeds and some small meals but nothing today except a bit of butter, coffee n water. The cream seems to be going through as I can see the oil slick in the bowl, but will persist. Some great news, my husband has woken up to the Maui fires, D.EW etc. I'm hoping the dots keep joining for him. He's been listening to an arborist reporting anomalies with fires in vegetation from many different places. Bear with me, I will get there, definitely need a chat before I start to confirm what to do with all the goodies.
